Fox game Iraq manages all warranty claims authorized service centers. You can choose from the different plans listed below when making a purchase.

By default, most of the products listed on our website come with a one-year warranty, if not mentioned otherwise.

How to issue a warranty claim

1 – Call us at +964 07744111108 and provide us with your order number, the item to be repaired and explain the problem you are facing with the item.

2 – The item must be dropped off at our store, or we can help you schedule a courier collection from your home or office. We will schedule a collection date. Please pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar codes or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

3 – Our technical team will inspect the item. If the terms apply, the item will be replaced or repaired and shipped back to you immediately.
